in final factory acceptance

On the freeze configuration, pre-sequencing tests, system-level validation, failure response, witness records and delivery evidence are consolidated into the same FAT acceptance system. FAT does not repeat all of the tests, but completes the final confirmation that can be witnessed, audited, released on the final scope baseline.

The final conclusion can only be an official technical authorization to enter the PSI if it is based on a complete chain of evidence.
